Through the contact form, we collect your name and email address and, if voluntarily provided, your company, phone number and message content. We do not collect special categories of personal data or carry out automated profiling.

Purposes and legal basis

Data is processed solely to respond to enquiries and to manage any resulting contractual relationship. The legal bases are taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject's request and our legitimate interest in responding to communications received.

Retention

Data from enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship is retained for twenty-four months. Data relating to contractual relationships is retained for the period required by tax and civil law obligations.

Recipients
