Our interpretation for businesses
For a company looking to integrate AI into its management system, the size of an investment alone doesn't measure a product's usefulness. Start with a more concrete question: what task should the system perform, and with which data?
Take a hypothetical distributor wanting to turn email enquiries into draft orders. Before choosing a model, it should prepare anonymised examples of real messages, define mandatory fields and decide who corrects incomplete responses. Only then does it make sense to compare providers using the same test.
Three questions to bring to the table
- Can we export our data and configuration if we change tools?
- Where are documents processed, and who can access them?
- What does completing our work cost, including checks and corrections?
This is our practical interpretation of the news: choosing a partner means evaluating a complete process, not chasing the most talked-about name. A provider's European headquarters alone doesn't tell you where a particular service will process your data.
